Yes, 1 bad post out of 100 good ones isn't going to discourage most customers, but he's trying to let people know that it isn't perfect, and there are problems so that way if something happens to someone else they will have another person to support their arguement instead of people like you who say "5 million other guys are happy with their service"... so he's just trying to give everyone a heads up and you're trying to make it out like he's bitching and moaning about something trivial, when infact he's out $800, which is a good chunk of money. Try being a little more understanding since SUMONIS is just trying to add more information to the forum and maybe help some people out.
